RETURN POLICY
Thank you for choosing Funbloc. We take great care in creating custom brick sets just for you. Because each set is made to your unique specifications, we ask you to read our policy carefully.
1. No returns or exchanges for non-quality issues
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as “changed my mind,” ordered the wrong color/style, or found a lower price elsewhere. Please double-check your design and order details before confirming your purchase.
2. Missing or damaged parts? We’ll ship them to you for free
If your set arrives with any missing or insufficient pieces, don’t worry – simply contact us within 14 days of delivery with:
*Your order number
*A photo or list of the missing pieces
We will send the required pieces to you at no extra cost, including shipping. No need to return the whole set.
3. Free cancellation within 3 days of placing your order
Changed your mind? You can cancel your order for a full refund within 3 days (72 hours) from the moment you place it. Just email us with your order number. After 3 days, cancellations may not be possible because production has likely started.
4. 30‑day quality guarantee – free return or exchange
If a quality issue arises (e.g., defective bricks, incorrect printing, or pieces that don’t fit as designed), we will happily offer a free return and replacement or full refund within 30 days of delivery.
To start a quality claim, please provide:
*Your order number
*Clear photos or a short video showing the problem
Once approved, we will send you a prepaid return label (if a return is needed) and ship the corrected set or issue a refund promptly.
